- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Project & Order Management: Track progress and share updates with relevant departments.
- Information & Communication: Ensure accurate and timely information flow across teams and stakeholders.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Compile and analyze data for regular reporting.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Additional Duties: Support promotional activities, conduct market research, and assist with related tasks.
- Training & Development: Participate in in-house training and OJT during probation.

- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- 2+ years of B2B sales or sales assistant experience in manufacturing/trading.
- 1+ year of import/export operations experience.
- Stable work history (1–2 employers preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in Japanese-affiliated companies.
- Japanese language ability (JLPT N3 or higher).

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (1-hour break).
- Days Off: Weekends and Vietnamese public holidays.
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (prorated).
- Probation: 60 days, salary at 85%+ of monthly rate.
- Salary: 14,500,000 – 23,500,000 VND gross/month (negotiable).
- Salary Review: Annually, based on performance.
- Bonus: Annual bonus (equivalent to 1 month’s salary, paid before Tet).
