- Lead and manage purchasing activities for direct and indirect materials, components, consumables, and services.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, supplier performance, and delivery efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, select, and develop suppliers to build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead price negotiations and implement cost reduction initiatives, including localization and alternative sourcing.
- Ensure timely material supply to support production plans and customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Production, PPC, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, NPD, and Finance teams.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier data, and procurement transactions through ERP systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and legal regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement within manufacturing industries (automotive preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost analysis, and negotiation.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
