- Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Analyze cycle time, line balancing, capacity, and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Support NPI/NPD activities, process feasibility studies, and manufacturing readiness.
- Conduct time studies, manpower analysis, and production optimization.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
- Reduce cycle time, scrap, rework, downtime, and production costs.
- Support tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment improvement activities.
- Maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, standard operating procedures, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, NPD, PPC, Maintenance, and other departments.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering within automotive industries.
- Experience with automotive components such as locksets, wiring harness, plastic injection, stamping, die casting, or assembly is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of: Process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, OEE and cycle time analysis, AutoCAD / SolidWorks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
