- Partner with internal stakeholders (Heads of Departments, CEO, factory team) to gather requirements and share insights.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, income statements).
- Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning.
- Deliver variance analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
- Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Track financial status by comparing actual results against forecasts.
- Prepare sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or business partnering.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau, ERP/GL systems preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Hands‑on experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, tax laws, and business environments.
