- Verify employment information and ensure all records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Perform database searches and analyze information to identify potential matches.
- Communicate with candidates to collect required information and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with high data accuracy.
- Manage multiple screening cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Handle ad hoc employment screening and verification tasks as assigned.

- Skills & Qualifications
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- 0–12 months of experience in employment screening, background verification, HR operations, compliance, data analysis, or related fields preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performing detailed verification tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
