Lead and optimize site-level Supply Planning operations in Vietnam, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, customer service, and cost efficiency. The role is responsible for implementing the local supply chain strategy in alignment with regional objectives, driving continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing Supply Chain team.

Leadership and Strategic Planning

- Lead the implementation of regional Supply Planning initiatives at site level to improve cost efficiency and customer service.

- Contribute Supply Planning inputs to regional business plans and the development of the site supply chain strategy.

- Develop and implement local Supply Planning strategies, including capacity planning, modeling, and leveling.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

- Ensure Supply Planning operations meet safety, service, quality, and cost targets.

- Identify and implement initiatives to improve service levels, efficiency, and cost performance.

- Lead change management and continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain.

- Monitor service levels and drive actions through the country S&OP process to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and supply chain performance to support business decisions.

People Development

- Build and maintain a high-performance culture within the Supply Chain team.

- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and structured development programs.

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver business and operational objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in people management.

- Experience in MNC manufacturing, preferably food, ingredients/flavours, chemicals, or FMCG.

- Strong experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, raw materials, and finished goods.

- Experience with ERP/SAP; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

- Strong English communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive, performance-driven, and capable of leading change.
