1. Influencer Affiliate Team Management

• Direct the team’s daily workflow to discover, recruit, and brief new affiliate sales partners (KOL/KOC) for TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

• Set and track individual KPIs - new partners onboarded, videos published, GMV, ROI - via Kalodata & platform dashboards; run weekly performance reviews and coach low performers toward improvement.

2. Monthly Campaign Management

• Build and maintain a rolling three-month calendar of affiliate campaigns tied to launches, mega-sale days, and brand moments.

• Define offer mechanics (CPS, vouchers, bundles) and align timelines with traffic peaks.

3. Performance & ROI Management

• Own dashboards (Kalodata, Looker Studio, platform panels) to monitor clicks, GMV, payout ratios, and ROI by creator and campaign.

• Lead weekly deep-dives, then adjust creator mix, incentives, or creatives to boost results.

4. Cross-Functional Promotion Management

• Coordinate with the E-commerce team on vouchers, storefront banners, and flash-sale slots to maximize affiliate traffic conversion.

• Liaise with Marketing, CS, and Warehouse to secure inventory, dispatch PR kits, and ensure prompt customer support.

5. Process & Reporting Management

• Standardize briefing templates, tracking links, and payout workflows for clarity and speed.

• Deliver concise monthly reports highlighting wins, challenges, and next-month action items.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–5 years managing affiliate or influencer programs in cosmetics / K-beauty or similar consumer categories. (We want only same or similar industry)

• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada affiliate tools and voucher mechanics.

• Strong data literacy: comfortable building dashboards, interpreting ROI metrics, and translating insights into actions.

• Skilled negotiator and relationship builder with creators; quick problem-solver under tight timelines.

• Highly organized multitasker able to juggle numerous creator chats, calendars, and asset deadlines.

• Clear written & verbal communication in English (Korean a plus).

• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; experience with Kalodata or other BI platforms preferred.
