Mô tả công việc LOGISTICS STAFF (for Fresh Candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics activities, including import, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to follow up on shipments.

• Prepare and check basic logistics documents and related records.

• Support basic product costing and logistics cost calculation.

• Maintain and update logistics data and related documents.

• Support other daily tasks related to logistics and operations.


Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Around 1 year of working experience in Logistics, Import/Export, Accounting, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of logistics or accounting is preferred.

• Good computer skills, especially Excel.

• English communication skills; Japanese is an advantage.

• Careful, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Candidates from either Logistics or Accounting background are welcome to apply.
