- Manage and coordinate import/export operations, including document preparation, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and communication with logistics partners, while ensuring compliance and timely reporting of any issues.

- Coordinating the transportation of goods, including booking cargo space and arranging for customs clearance.
- Communicating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other transportation providers to ensure that shipments are delivered on time, and a timely report if there is any delay.
- Maintaining records of all import and export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs and delivery times.
- Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations
- Resolving any issues that arise during the import/export process, such as customs delays or shipment errors.
- Collect/arrange/manage storage of documents.
- On-time report to supervisor and related departments in case problems occur.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any Logistics/Supply Chain related field.
- 1 year of experience in import-export activities
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HSCD.
- Any knowledge relating to the F&B Industry
- English: Strong Intermediate level
