Mô tả công việc HRBP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Line Managers on talent selection, development & retention, employee relations, organizational change and culture transformation.
- Provide daily HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnamese laws, company policies and global guidelines.
- Work with HR team to support Recruitment, Training, C&B and employee services.
Support company events and Employee Relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with 6S & Kaizen, EHS, RBA/Social Responsibility and company asset protection requirements.
- Support company initiatives related to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO and management systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferably HR, Administration, Business Administration or Languages.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment – MUST HAVE.
- Strong English communication skills – MUST HAVE.
- Good communication, consulting, coaching and presentation skills.
- Proactive, energetic, open-minded and results-oriented.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
