Industrial Real Estate Leasing Manager - Fluent in English & Chinese

Our client is a leading Singapore-headquartered group specialising in energy, urban and industrial solutions, with a strong presence across Asia and an established portfolio of industrial developments in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Manager, Leasing Management to drive leasing and business development for an industrial property portfolio in Hai Phong.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental yield.

Identify new tenants, manage lease negotiations, renewals and deal closures, and work closely with property agents.

Build strong relationships with key tenants, occupiers, brokers and decision-makers.

Identify and develop Build-to-Suit (BTS) opportunities.

Provide market intelligence on supply, demand, pricing and competition.

Manage leasing pipeline, forecast, budget and business plan; prepare regular leasing reports.

Work closely with Asset Management, Finance and Property Management to ensure smooth leasing operations and tenant retention.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing or related fields.

6–8+ years of experience in leasing, sales or business development, preferably in industrial real estate.

Strong network of industrial occupiers, brokers and key stakeholders.

Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Candidates from industrial park / industrial real estate developers are highly preferred.
