Overview

The Bartender plays a key role in delivering a refined and memorable beverage experience for HAUS members and guests. This role combines exceptional product knowledge, confident service, and creativity behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wines to HAUS standards.

• Provide informed recommendations and engage with members on preferences.

• Ensure drinks are served promptly, consistently and with polish.

Presentation & Setup

• Maintain bar mise en place, stock levels and cleanliness.

• Ensure all glassware, garnishes and equipment are prepped and available.

• Set and reset the bar before and after service.

Product Knowledge

• Stay current on drinks trends, house cocktails and seasonal offerings.

• Collaborate on menu development with senior F&B and bar teams.

• Support wine and spirit pairings when appropriate.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with floor and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

• Assist with stock takes, orders, and deliveries.

• Maintain a positive, calm and professional attitude.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2+ years’ experience in a premium bar or cocktail lounge.

• Excellent drinks knowledge and confident service skills.

• Ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-pressure setting.

• Articulate and warm with members.

• Strong team player with a proactive and responsible approach.

• Experience in private members’ clubs or luxury venues preferred.
