Overview

The Reception / Host role is the first point of contact for HAUS members and guests. This position plays a critical role in delivering a warm, polished, and seamless welcome experience that reflects the standards of the club.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

• Greet and welcome all members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Manage member check-in, guest sign-in, and cloakroom coordination.

• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Reservations & Enquiries

• Manage dining and event reservations using the internal booking system.

• Provide accurate and timely information about club services, events, and policies.

• Coordinate with F&B and Guest Relations to manage service flow and arrivals.

Presentation & Environment

• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front-of-house environment.

• Ensure club signage, welcome materials, and desk presentation are immaculate.

• Uphold HAUS service standards and dress code at all times.

• Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or private members club reception.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple enquiries.

• Professional appearancxe and confident manner.

• Familiarity with booking or reservation systems preferred.
