Talent Acquisition Team Leader

JOB PURPOSE

Lead the Talent Acquisition plan and execution — attracting and hiring talent in line with policies and procedures — to meet the organization's quality and quantity hiring needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TALENT ACQUISITION

• Review and propose changes to recruitment policies, procedures and tools.

• Develop and implement the annual talent acquisition plan to attract qualified candidates.

• Execute the recruitment plan in response to business needs.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with recruitment partners, media and agencies.

• Collaborate on employer branding activities, including campus activities.

• Analyze and report on recruitment effectiveness.

• Track the recruitment budget and propose reasonable spending.

• Initiate performance improvement / hiring effectiveness projects across Vietnam.

SYSTEMS & EVALUATION

• Maintain, review and update the ATS (including Manatal and Talentview) to enhance TA service delivery.

• Train end users on system use.

• Release interview scorecards once interview schedules are confirmed.

• Release KF tests and Talentview assessments to internal and external candidates on time.

OTHERS

• Lead or collaborate on cross-region projects.

• Handle ad-hoc requests from the TA Manager.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Lead and develop a team of 2.

EDUCATION

• BA in Business Administration or a related field.

LANGUAGE

• Bilingual Vietnamese/English (verbal and written).

EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years in Talent Acquisition in relevant industries, including manufacturing.

• More than 1 year in a team management role.

TOOLSET

• MS Office.

• ATS platforms (Manatal / Talentview).
