Process & System Analyst | Supply Chain

1. Ensure compliance & Optimize Supply Chain Operations

+ Maintain Business compliances (with ISO system, plant’s procedures)

+ Conduct SCN internal audit. Coordinate with SCN team to perform external audit at all INSEE’s plants (Hon Chong, Thi Vai, Hiep Phuoc, Cat Lai and warehouses)

• Involve in and implement SCN operational improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze to optimize SCN operational procedures & work instruction (capacity, productivity, processes and costs)

2. Lead INSEE minimum control for SCN

+ Conduct IMC control twice a year.

+ Solve the gaps before 2nd line & company auditor.

3. Manage Supply Chain Systems & Procedure

+ Administer and continuously improve the operation of Supply Chain systems (SAP, In-plant, auto WB, Bag Counter, E-invoice etc.).

+ Work with 3PL system vendors as a BA to resolve SCN system issues and support system related new request of business users

+ Lead system enhancements, testing and implementation.

4. Design and update procedure/ work

+ Instruction/JDs and maintain in DMS system.

+ Ensure updated SCN WI-Procedure-JDs on DMS system

Educational qualifications

• University graduate major in Supply chain or IT background

• Efficient English communication skills

• Certification in project management (preferred)

Relevant experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or above

• Demonstrate competency in Data mining, Data analysis and reporting, Project management and Problem solving

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Proficient in using MS offices.

• Can use Power BI, SQL, simulation models are preferred

• Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, analytical ability.

• Strong communication skill.
