OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager – Digital Channel to lead the execution of digital channel projects in a consumer finance business. This role involves managing a specific work stream within a larger digital transformation program, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans for the assigned digital channel work stream, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Monitor and track progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, IT, marketing, compliance) to gather requirements and align project goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for the assigned work stream, providing regular updates to the Program Director and senior management.

• Liaise with external vendors and technology partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

3. Digital Channel Development

• Manage the development and enhancement of digital channels, such as mobile apps, web platforms, or online portals.

• Ensure solutions are user-centric, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver intuitive and engaging customer experiences.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of the work stream and its impact on business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all work stream activities comply with local regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards.

• Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital channels, consumer finance, or fintech.

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Skills:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as APIs, AI, and cloud-based solutions.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus).
