- Build mechanism to collect loss and incidents of operational risks. Coordinate with related parties to analyze root-causes and ensure having mitigation plan for key operational risks/risk events identified at VPB SMBC FC.

- Monitor the activities on risk and control self-assessment to identify early, assess current risk and potential risks and have measures to control, reduce risks promptly, efficiency

- Develops KRI system to detect and monitor risks and enhance the predictability level of operational risk at VPB SMBC FC

- Perform operational risk management reports to Managements

- Follow up Ops Risk mitigation action plans

- Perform the role of secretary of the Operational Risk Management Council, including preparing meeting materials/ schedule, recording meeting minutes, monitoring and reporting the implementation status of the Council’s conclusions and directives

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit

- At least 3 years experienced in Operational Risk Management, Audit or Internal Control.

- Proficient in MS Office

- Risk Mindset, Logical, analytical thinking and problems solving skills

- Experience in BCM/BCP within banking or financial services is a plus.

- Fluently in English
