KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor the portfolio and take actions to grow IPP & Fast Cash propositions to improve limit utilization of FE Credit cardholders in a most profitable manner.

- Continuously monitor the yields on the portfolio and take efforts to maximize the yield as well as fee income. Monitor all key portfolio metrices including revenue, costs, limit utilization, ENR, yield etc.

- Regularly monitor trends to arrive at a propensity model so that the sales productivity improves

- Work with Activation and usage teams to work out segment level offers for FE Credit Customers to promote IPP.

- Regularly work with loyalty & retention team to promote IPP product and also use it as a retention tool.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree in Business with a strong track record. Prioritize for Post graduate.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial industry with a strong background in cards and payment industry.

Very good knowledge of payments and cards business, have a very good understanding of card business financials, should have experience in working with cross functional teams.

Strong business acumen, highly skilled in relationship management.
