- Monitor the activities of building, updating, revising Operational Risk Management Policies, Processes and Procedures according to current laws & regulations and Risk Management Framework of VPB SMBC FC

- Develop and monitor the implementation of policy, process on business continuity plans

- Coordinate with related unit to perform OR assessment on new or revised products/ processes/ activities to ensure key ORs be identified and managed accordingly before launching

- Perform Operational Risk management communication activities such as: training, newsletters, workshop

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit

- At least 3-year experience in designing process

- Prefer if having experience on Operational Risk Management, Banking, Financial Company

- Proficient in MS Office

- Excellent in writing, presentation

- Good communication, logical thinking and problems solving skills

- Fluently in English
