- Quality Systems Governance & Operational Oversight:
- Direct and optimize plant-wide Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) frameworks, ensuring full alignment with international buyer expectations.
- Establish, audit, and continuously refine quality protocols, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee performance across all inspection stages—including in-line, end-line, and final inspections—to consistently meet quality KPIs.
- Defect Reduction, Root Cause Analysis & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and execute robust corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Partner with Production, Technical, Planning, and Merchandising units to streamline manufacturing processes and elevate product craftsmanship.
- Prepare comprehensive quality performance reports and deliver regular operational updates to plant leadership.
- Audit Readiness, Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead factory compliance audits, quality evaluations, and technical reviews conducted by global fashion brands and third-party auditors.
- Mentor and develop the internal QA/QC team to embed a quality-first mindset throughout the production workforce.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or equivalent technical fields.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of managerial track record leading QA/QC functions in the garment/apparel manufacturing sector.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep expertise in garment construction, AQL inspection standards, quality management frameworks, and apparel manufacturing workflows.
- Proven experience interfacing with international buyers and global fashion brands during audits and quality reviews.
- Key Competencies & Language:
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Proficiency inEnglish(both verbal and written) for direct buyer engagement and audit management.
