- Direct and take overall ownership of end-to-end human resource operations across manufacturing sites, with a long-term roadmap to oversee full HR functions for two plants.
- Oversee and streamline C&B processes, performance evaluation mechanisms (KPIs), and compensation strategies to align with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor an established HR team (including an HR Manager and specialists handling C&B, Recruitment, Administration, and Social Insurance) to maintain operational stability and foster strong team cohesion.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all organizational tiers, from frontline production labor to specialized technical and management positions in the garment sector (e.g., Merchandisers, QA, Technical Specialists).
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and design actionable talent retention and talent development initiatives.
- Spearhead the adoption and implementation of modern HR management software and tools to optimize data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to Vietnamese labor laws and regulatory compliance across all HR practices.
- Partner closely with the Expat CEO and department heads to shape corporate structure, build a professional work environment, and cultivate organizational culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age & Gender: Male/Female, under 50 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Professional Experience: At least 05 years of proven track record in an HR Manager or HR Director capacity within Garment/Apparel manufacturing facilities (workforce scale of 500+ headcount).
- Leadership & Management: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities with a track record of driving employee engagement.
- Technical & Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in operating or rolling out HRIS / HR management software.
- Language Ability: Fluent in professional English communication to collaborate effectively with foreign senior leadership.
