- Manage, assign tasks, and supervise the execution and performance of the Southern Project Sales team.
- Develop professional training materials and standardized operating procedures for the department; conduct internal training to enhance team capabilities.
- Cascade corporate directives from senior leadership, monitor progress, and report outcomes accordingly.
- Hold full accountability for achieving the region's assigned project sales targets.
- Propose, build, and execute sales action plans to ensure business objectives are fully met.
- Expand relationships with new real estate developers, architects, and design consultants to identify upcoming project opportunities, maximizing product specification and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing developers, expand the Fabricator/Partner network (NGCs), and nurture partner accounts to drive sales growth.
- Urge NGCs to process payments and pull stock in alignment with contract terms and schedules.
- Provide comprehensive technical, supply chain, and execution support to fabricators and business partners.
- Collaborate with site supervision teams to guide NGCs in assembling and installing products in compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
- Assist NGCs and site supervision teams in resolving site-related issues with developers and main contractors regarding window, door, and facade packages.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female; 37-46 years old
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Project Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Sales Manager role, specializing in doors, windows, facade systems, or kitchen/interior fittings for project-based developments.
