Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

Reports to: Factory Manager / Operations Manager

Working Location: Lot E8-B1, Road No.14, Tan Do Industrial Park, Duc Hoa, Tay Ninh, Vietnam.

1. Certification & Compliance Management

Lead implementation and maintenance of the following certification systems: BRCGS Food Safety,SMETA (Sedex),Rainforest Alliance,Organic (EU Organic & USDA Organic),Halal, Kosher...Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, international regulations and customer requirements.

2. Leadership & Training: Manage QA and QC teams. Set departmental objectives and conduct performance reviews. Develop competency matrices and annual training plans. Conduct training on GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, SMETA, HSE and customer requirements. Promote a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organization.

3. Internal Audit & External Audit

Lead and coordinate all audits including:Internal Audits, Customer Audits, Third-party Audits, Certification Audits,Regulatory Inspections,Coordinate audit preparation, execution and follow-up activities. Ensure all non-conformities are effectively closed within agreed timelines.

4. Quality Management System (QMS)

• Establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and international standards.

• Lead and ensure effective implementation of GMP, Food Defense, Food Fraud Prevention, Traceability, Mass Balance and Product Recall Program.

• Develop, review and update Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Procedures.

5. Food Safety Management

• Ensure full compliance with Food Safety Management Systems throughout manufacturing.

• Lead the HACCP Team and conduct annual HACCP reviews.

• Verify validation and verification activities for CCPs and OPRPs.

• Ensure water, compressed air and environmental monitoring comply with applicable standards.

6. Product Quality Control

• Manage incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.

• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, internal standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Customer Requirements & Complaint Management

• Review customer specifications and ensure effective implementation.

• Lead investigations into customer complaints.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- At least 5 years of experience in the cashew industry (or a similar industry).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Fluent in English.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively under high pressure.

- Strong planning and work management skills to achieve business objectives.

- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
