Product Expertise: GORE-TEX, quilted & insulated jackets, seam-sealed 2L–3L garments, down products, woven sportswear, outdoor pants, and engineered mid-layers.

02 | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements.
- Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audits.
- Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from new development, during production, and after shipment.
- Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects.
- Manage & assign the staff to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment.

03 | JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated, at least 5 years of QA Manager experience
- Fluent in the English language (Writing, reading, and speaking).
- Experience in formulating QA strategies, standards, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, workflows, and best practices
- Experience in managing QA teams is an advantage
- Familiarity with loading and stress testing is an advantage
- Able to multi-task, adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
