IT Project Manager (Outsourcing)

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation..

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing or global delivery environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience and knowledge for warehouse Automobile industory (especially DMS and CRM system)
• Experience in handling project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Deep understanding of IT outsourcing models, service delivery, and client engagement.
• Strong project management skills with proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience for working with Europe, Japanese client is a bonus
