Senior Japanese Tester (Hybrid Working Mode)

• Proactively supports the planning, execution, reporting, and successful completion of Tester activities for all new development cycles for various releases.
• Contributes to designing and implementing end-to-end test scenarios, as well as debugging and defining corrective actions.
• Supports the review of system requirements and tracking of quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).
• Contributes to the creation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Receives instructions to identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs and develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Contributes ideas and suggestions that will enable innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
• Performs any other related task as required.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a Tester position.
• JLPT N1/N2 (Reading comprehension and writing skills)
• Ability to write test cases in Japanese
• Experienced in working on projects with Japanese clients.
• Familiarity with IT tools (email, Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations)
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT sales
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to support proposal development and sales activities
• Willingness to learn and gradually take on a full sales cycle role
