Sales Executive - Speaking Japanese

• Support customers after the introduction of our application and services (Consulting, Application, and Infrastructure)
• Work closely with internal Pre-sales teams and clients to prepare proposals, clarify scope, and support the sales process after lead generation
• Participate in client meetings (mainly Japanese clients in CPG and Retail domains) together with senior sales members
• Support key sales activities including proposal development, negotiation, account management, and after-sales support
• Act as a bridge to facilitate information flow, especially for Consulting services (Fortience), until contract closing
• Organize and manage sales-related documentation
• Initially support Japanese sales activities within the team, and gradually take ownership of the full sales cycle, including lead generation
• Contribute to achieving team-based sales targets by supporting overall sales performance
• Report to the line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Japanese proficiency at N1 or N2 level
• Familiarity with IT tools (email, Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations)
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT sales
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to support proposal development and sales activities
• Willingness to learn and gradually take on a full sales cycle role
