D365 Technical Consultant (Finance & Operations)

Technical Design & Development
・Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations following best practices and coding standards
・Implement solutions using X++, extensions framework, and D365 F&O development patterns
・Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Azure services
・Build and enhance workflows, batch jobs, SSRS reports, and system functionalities

System Integration & Architecture
・Design and implement end-to-end integrations between D365 F&O and external systems
・Utilize Azure technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
・Support data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation during implementation and upgrade phases
・Ensure scalable and secure architecture design aligned with enterprise standards

Collaboration & Delivery
・Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
・Participate in solution architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussions
・Support testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, and UAT
・Assist in release management, deployment pipelines, and environment configuration

Support & Maintenance
・Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dev, Test, and Production environments
・Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and integrations, proposing optimization improvements
・Prepare technical documentation, code artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials
・Provide post-go-live support and continuous system enhancement

Technical Skills

• Refer HCM
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development
• Proficiency in X++, extensions, and Dynamics 365 development tools (Visual Studio, LCS)
• Experience with:
  • Data Management Framework (DMF)
  • OData and REST APIs
  • Azure integration services
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security, performance tuning, and deployment processes
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data modeling

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer on Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O projects
• Experience working on at least one full-cycle ERP implementation is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps-based delivery models
