Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company specializing in boiler, welding and mechanical manufacturing, with a large-scale factory in Hải Phòng.

The company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function and support the factory's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead overall HR operations including manpower planning, HR policy, recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations.

- Develop manpower plans, headcount structure and HR budget in line with production and capacity expansion.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workers, welders, machining workers, QC/technical staff, middle management and Chinese expatriates.

- Manage work permits, visas and residence procedures for Chinese employees.

- Oversee payroll, social insurance, PIT, compensation review and performance/incentive schemes.

- Take ownership of labor relations and HR compliance, including labor contracts, employee complaints, labor disputes, occupational accidents and Trade Union matters.

- Ensure HR compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations and prepare HR documents for factory/customer audits.

- Manage and develop the HR team and maintain relationships with relevant government authorities.

- Act as a bridge between Chinese management and Vietnamese employees, supporting effective cross-cultural communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields.

• 5+ years of full-scope HR experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years at HR Manager level.

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, C&B, Labor Relations and HR Compliance.

• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance and Trade Union regulations, with hands-on labor dispute experience.

• Fluent Chinese and Vietnamese (4 skills); English is an advantage.

• Experience managing both blue-collar/technical workforce and management-level recruitment.

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Chinese-invested manufacturing companies is highly preferred.

• Background in mechanical, welding, steel, machinery or heavy manufacturing is a strong advantage.

• Experience with new factory setup or production capacity expansion is preferred.

• Willing to be based at the factory in Hải Phòng.
