Head Of Sales

Position Overview

Head of Sales (Direct Sales & Auto Loan) is responsible for driving business growth, leading nationwide direct sales teams, with a strong focus on Car Loan and Credit Loan products. This role plays a critical part in achieving revenue targets, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring sustainable and compliant business practices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

- Lead and manage direct sales channels nationwide, ensuring strong execution of business plans.

- Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and new business initiatives to drive growth.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Market Development

- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, dealers, and key external stakeholders.

- Design targeted campaigns to increase penetration in priority segments.

Service Quality & Customer Experience

- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all sales channels.

- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

- Implement service standards and continuously improve customer journeys.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and credit procedures.

- Monitor portfolio quality, including delinquency and bad debt ratios.

- Develop and execute risk mitigation and collection strategies.

People Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams (RSM/ASM/ Business Development Supervisor…)

- Set performance targets, evaluate results, and manage rewards and disciplinary actions.

- Drive talent development, succession planning, and team engagement.

- Support recruitment and organizational expansion.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years in banking/finance company, with strong exposure to retail lending.

- At least 5 years in a senior management role handling auto loans/ Car Loan & Credit Loan or equivalent products.

- Proven track record in driving large-scale sales operations and delivering business growth.

Knowledge

- Strong understanding of retail lending, especially auto loan products.

- Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks in banking and finance.

- Solid understanding of market segmentation and sales strategy development.
