• Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and operate end-to-end product launch campaigns (brand positioning, core messaging, target customer profiles, and distribution channels).
• Optimize Growth & Performance Channels: Direct and optimize Paid Ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to acquire Beta Users / Waitlist / Signups at optimal costs (lowest CAC).
• Develop Organic & Community Growth: Leverage Growth Hacking techniques, viral loops, referral programs, SEO, content marketing, and tech PR to build a loyal community.
• Data Measurement & Analytics: Closely track user behavior using GA4, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer. Analyze CAC, LTV, Retention Rate (D1, D7, D30), and Conversion Rate to make data-driven decisions.
• Product Marketing Role: Collaborate closely with the Product Team to optimize the user onboarding flow, translating complex tech features into clear user benefits.
• Team & Budget Management: Allocate budget flexibly, lead the marketing team to execute on schedule, and coordinate smoothly with the BD team to maximize ROI.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 3 – 6 years of experience in Marketing, including experience in Senior/Lead/Managerial roles at Tech Startups, Scale-ups, or Performance Agencies.
• Hands-on GTM Experience: Directly launched or played a key role in launching at least 01 tech product (App, SaaS, Web Platform, Fintech, etc.).
• Data-driven Mindset: Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel) and experienced in A/B testing methodology.
• T-Shaped Competency: Broad understanding of Brand & Content with deep expertise in Performance, Growth & Funnel Optimization.
• Startup Mindset & Leadership: Strong team management skills, proactive ownership mindset, and a "test – fail – learn – fix" approach (Lean Marketing).
• English Proficiency: Good command of professional English documents; fluently conversational if targeting international markets.
