- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Vietnamese.
- Provide customer support for business customers across the US mostly nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops and fast food establishments.
- Provide accurate information and support customers with product/service-related issues.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking).
- Good English communication skills are a strong advantage (English level IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent).
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
- Own a laptop/PC to support in case of emergencies.
- Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being for nighttime work.
