• Execute customer’s service requirements from Bookings for all kinds of shipments (export and import, air & sea freight, sea consol) , update Cargo movement to Data, Transmission

• Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.

• Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.

• Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately.

• Understand and comply with Daily Management Process to ensure our world class service.

• Seek continuous improvement in daily operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Quantity/: 01

• Gender: Male/Female

• Graduated from Universities/ Colleges involved to import, export industries

• Experience: over 3 years of experience in the same field

• Good at speaking and writing English, Chinese is favorable
