- Financial Leadership & Corporate Accounting Governance:
- Direct and streamline end-to-end corporate financial activities, encompassing accounting compliance, taxation strategies, and capital management.
- Oversee monthly closing procedures, financial audit execution, and monthly accounting reconciliation reports.
- Maintain and govern a single, fully transparent financial ledger system in compliance with statutory standards.
- Manufacturing Costing, Transfer Pricing & Financial Forecasting:
- Consolidate standard costing frameworks and analyze actual manufacturing production costs to optimize operational expenditure.
- Manage and prepare Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation for cross-border and intra-group related-party transactions.
- Develop rolling expenditure forecasts, Profit and Loss (P&L) projections, and Balance Sheet (BS) analyses to support strategic executive decisions.
- Team Management & Executive Stakeholder Relations:
- Provide direct operational supervision and professional coaching to an accounting team of 4 staff members.
- Work directly with the Korean General Director on strategic financial matters and collaborate with the external Vietnamese Tax Manager as required.
- UtilizeSAP ERPsoftware to process, verify, and extract enterprise accounting data efficiently.

- Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Mandatory:ValidChief Accountant Certificateissued by relevant Vietnamese authorities.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of10 total years of progressive professional experiencein corporate finance and accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Chief Accountantin foreign-invested (FDI) manufacturing enterprises.
- Hands-on proficiency operating withSAP ERPsystems is strictly required.
- Language Proficiency:Strong conversational English fluency for effective daily communication and reporting to the Korean General Director.
- Key Traits:High professional integrity, analytical rigor, strong team leadership capabilities, and immediate availability for onboarding in September.
