• Manage and oversee all accounting activities and operations of the Company.

• Control and monitor the Company’s revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow.

• Monitor and control revenue, costs, and profit by shipment/job, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and coordinate with relevant departments to follow up and collect outstanding receivables.

• Review, control, and approve payment requests to ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and other reports as required by Management.

• Manage and control matters related to taxation and audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Develop, review, and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial management processes.

• Work closely with relevant departments to monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis and support to Management for decision-making.

• Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies when required.

• Manage, train, and develop the Accounting team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Chief Accountant Certificate is required.

• Proven experience managing an Accounting department; experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial management, and internal controls.

• Experience in controlling revenue, costs, receivables, cash flow, and profit by shipment/job is an advantage.

• Good command of English in all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, with the ability to use English effectively in daily work.

• Strong analytical, management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and capable of managing and developing a team.

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet reporting deadlines.

• Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant internal departments.
