Talent Acquisition Team Lead (20tr - 25tr)

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
- Assign recruitment projects and support critical hiring needs.
- Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare hiring reports.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Leader (or similar role).
- Experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Proficient in Chinese or English.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under KPI-driven environments.
