Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading recruitment activities to support factory setup and business expansion at Versigent Vietnam. This role focuses on manpower planning, mass recruitment, employer branding, recruitment channel management, and talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for direct and indirect positions.

• Execute recruitment plans based on manpower requirements.

• Manage mass hiring activities for operators and support functions.

• Develop recruitment channels including job sites, social media, schools, and labor suppliers.

• Hold & maintain employer branding activities.

• Coordinate interviews with managers.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment database.

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness.

• Support/proceed onboarding process for new employees.

• Prepare recruitment reports and manpower analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing environment, experience in wire harness is preferred.

• Experience in mass hiring.

• Strong knowledge of labor market in Hung Yen / Hai Duong.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.

• Good English communication.

• Good Microsoft Office skills.
