1. Manpower Sourcing & Recruitment

• Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels to ensure a stable talent

pipeline.

• Lead and execute mass recruitment activities to meet manpower demands for

production.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate

screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding support.

• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are achieved on time.

2. Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's

attractiveness in the labor market.

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, vocational schools, local

communities, recruitment platforms, and external partners.

• Organize and participate in recruitment campaigns, career events, and other talent

attraction activities.

3. Manpower Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with external manpower vendors and recruitment agencies.

• Monitor vendor performance, manpower supply, quality, and responsiveness.

• Evaluate vendor capabilities and identify opportunities to improve manpower supply

efficiency.

4. Recruitment Process & Data Management

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.

• Analyze recruitment data and manpower trends to support workforce planning and

decision-making.

• Identify recruitment challenges and propose practical solutions for continuous

improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

• Proven experience in mass recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or

factory environment.

• Experience in recruiting production workers or managing high-volume hiring is highly

preferred.

• Experience working with manpower vendors is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SAP or HR/Recruitment systems is an advantage.

• Good command of English or Chinese.
