- Handle full-cycle recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, agencies & job fairs.
- Participate in candidate evaluations using structured screening and assessments.
- Prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and HR entry processes.
- Support employer branding and recruitment budget planning.
- Analyze training needs and organize internal training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Assist with general HR/admin tasks and reporting as needed.
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B or FMCG sectors.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- High attention to detail, proactive, able to work under pressure.
- Immediate starters are highly preferred.
