Objectives

• Define and drive long-term strategic direction.

• Translate vision into actionable plans.

• Ensure organizational alignment.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead corporate and business unit strategy development.

2. Translate strategy into OKRs and execution roadmaps.

3. Build and evaluate business cases and investment plans.

4. Drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

5. Monitor execution and strategic KPIs.

6. Ensure cross-functional alignment.

7. Deliver assigned initiatives and projects.

8. Perform other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master's preferred) in Business, Finance or Economics.

Experience

• 8–10 years in strategy, planning or similar functions.

• Consumer finance, banking or insurance experience preferred.

Other Requirements

• Consulting background is an advantage.
