Tax Accounting Specialist

OBJECTIVES:

• Ensure all the tax declaration and payment to be in consistent with the accounting system’s record and comply with regulations.

• Connect accounting policies with Tax policies to ensure the bookings are complied with VPBFC policies

• Advise tax matters, suggest solutions in order to minimize the company’s tax expenses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile the periodic weekly, monthly, year-end reports for account balance in Intellect system and tax reports

• Advice on taxation issues to internal/ external customers or new products/service and new business transaction.

• Responsible for the compliance and efficiency of declaration of tax and tax payment of VPB FC

• Connect with other departments to handle issues, action plan required by Head/ Unit Head

• Coordinate/ Provide guidance to team members of all tax matters.

• Update new circulars, regulations, policies to apply work and guidance to the Accounting Department as well as relating Departments.

Education: University Graduates, preferably Finance & Accounting

Experience:

• At least 02 years experiences working at tax consulting and reporting position

• Understanding of operation of commercial banks

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some of related accounting software

• Interpersonal communication skill, Good communication skill

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Logical, careful and pay attention to details
