Senior Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

● Product Strategy & Discovery: Own product initiatives end-to-end by identifying user and business problems, uncovering root causes, and translating insights into impactful product solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

● Product Requirements & Delivery Excellence: Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases. Prioritise product backlogs and ensure requirements are well-defined, actionable, and ready for seamless execution by cross-functional teams.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Leadership: Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, QA, and key business stakeholders to define product direction, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality features that meet both user and business expectations.

● Product Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Define product success metrics and leverage user behaviour, customer feedback, and product analytics to evaluate feature performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive continuous product improvements through data-informed decisions.

● Product Lifecycle & Continuous Optimisation: Contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery, planning, and development to launch, measurement, and ongoing optimisation—ensuring products continue to evolve based on user needs and business priorities.

● Product Documentation & Quality Standards: Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure all product requirements are complete, accurate, and minimise implementation gaps, enabling efficient collaboration across teams and consistent delivery quality.

● Stakeholder Management & Product Advisory: Collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, communicate product decisions, and influence outcomes through structured thinking and sound product judgment.

● Innovation & Product Excellence: Continuously explore emerging technologies, product management best practices, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and enhance overall product quality and customer experience.

Essential Requirements: Are You Ready to Build Exceptional Products?

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

● Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar product-focused role.

● Proven experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering to delivery and continuous improvement.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently structure complex business and product challenges.

● Demonstrated experience writing clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

● Strong understanding of product prioritisation methodologies and Agile product development practices.

● Experience using product analytics, customer insights, and data to drive product decisions and measure business impact.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse business priorities.

● Strong collaboration skills with Product Designers, Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

● Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design, with the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

● Self-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while balancing multiple priorities
