Senior Operations Analyst (Technical Lead)

Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

● Lead the design and architecture of scalable data platforms, automation workflows, system integrations, and internal applications to support business operations and future growth.

● Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions that deliver accurate insights and improve operational efficiency.

● Define and enforce technical standards, data governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable engineering solutions.

● Review technical designs, identify platform risks and technical debt, and provide architectural recommendations to support long-term system scalability.

● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while communicating project progress, risks, and recommendations.

● Mentor senior Operations Analysts by providing technical guidance, promoting continuous improvement, and driving engineering excellence across the team.

Essential Requirements

● Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related technical disciplines.

● At least 2 years in a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or Staff Engineer role.

● Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, data pipelines, cloud platforms, API integrations, and automation development.

● Proven experience designing scalable architectures, establishing technical standards, and driving engineering best practices.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

● Experience with AI tools, data visualization, bot development, or process automation is an added advantage.
