Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

• Technology Vision & Architecture Leadership: Own the company's technical vision, architecture, and technology roadmap across all products, platforms, and infrastructure.

• Engineering Excellence & Technical Standards: Establish and maintain high engineering standards covering code quality, security, scalability, reliability, and development best practices.

• Technology Strategy & Business Alignment: Align engineering priorities, resources, and technology investments with business objectives, product strategy, and growth plans.

• Platform Reliability & Infrastructure Management: Ensure platform stability, system uptime, infrastructure resilience, and effective incident response processes across the organisation.

• Technical Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and engineering leaders, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.

• Innovation & Technical Advancement: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that enhance operational efficiency, product capabilities, and competitive advantage.

• Risk Management & Scalability Planning: Proactively identify and address technical debt, architectural risks, system bottlenecks, and scalability challenges before they impact business performance.

Essential Requirements: Are You Ready to Lead Technology at Scale?

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technology, or Technical Product Development

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent)

• Hands-on technical background with proven experience building and delivering products

• Demonstrated success scaling engineering teams, platforms, and technology organisations in fast-paced environments

• Strong expertise across web, mobile, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture

• Proven ability to balance technical excellence, delivery speed, and long-term scalability

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions
