Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

● 1-on-1 & Team Coaching: Drive structured, non-directive coaching sessions for newly appointed, high-potential, and established tech leaders.

● Sharpen Leadership Thinking: Help executives reflect, identify blind spots, improve decision-making, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

● Maintain Executive Ownership: Ask powerful questions while strictly respecting leaders' agency, ownership, and decision-making power.

● Strategic Themes & Insights: Identify recurring leadership or organizational patterns across teams and share strategic insights with the C-suite.

● Shape the Practice: Operate autonomously to continuously refine our internal coaching frameworks and build an impactful internal coaching capability.

Essential Requirements

● Proven leadership experience managing senior leaders or direct teams.

● Strong mastery of non-directive coaching methodologies (guiding through inquiry rather than instructing).

● Exceptional active listening and communication skills with the discipline to hold back personal bias or solutions.

● High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and ability to navigate executive-level relationships.

● Adaptable mindset, comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

● Fluency in written and spoken English.
