About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to own the operational backbone of the company as we scale across markets. This role will work closely with the CEO to translate company strategy into clear execution plans, build scalable operating systems, and ensure teams across the organization are aligned and delivering against business objectives. The COO will oversee people, processes, delivery, and performance, with a strong focus on operational excellence, leadership accountability, and sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can move between strategic and operational details, and has a proven track record of scaling multi-functional teams.

Essential Requirements

● Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

● Proven track record of leading and scaling multi-functional teams in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

● Strong experience owning business execution, operational performance, and measurable outcomes, rather than purely strategic or advisory responsibilities.

● Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to zoom out for business decisions and dive into details when required.

● Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach, challenge, and hold senior leaders accountable.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executives, managers, and individual contributors.

● Strong business judgment with the ability to make effective decisions and manage trade-offs in a fast-changing environment.

● Highly accountable, hands-on, and execution-oriented with a strong “get it done” mindset.
