Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

• Operational Leadership & Execution Excellence: Own company-wide operations, ensuring delivery, process efficiency, team performance, and operational excellence across all functions.

• Strategy Execution & Business Alignment: Translate executive vision and business strategy into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes across departments.

• Organisational Scaling & Process Optimisation: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, SOPs, team structures, and delivery frameworks to support sustainable growth.

• Performance Management & Accountability: Own company-wide KPIs, monitor business performance, and hold leadership teams accountable for execution and results.

• Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Drive alignment and collaboration across departments, ensuring teams operate effectively towards shared business objectives.

• Leadership Development & Team Excellence: Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.

• Continuous Improvement & Operational Innovation: Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and implement improvements using data, insights, and operational best practices.

Essential Requirements: Are You Ready to Lead at Scale?

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, General Management, or Business Leadership roles

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or executive-level position

• Proven track record of scaling multi-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Demonstrated experience owning execution, operational outcomes, and business performance

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level planning and operational execution

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Clear, confident, and direct communication skills across all organisational levels
