Senior Principal Financial Control Expert

Objectives

• Ensure strong financial governance, discipline and transparency.

• Safeguard business performance through effective risk and cost control.

• Support sustainable growth through financial oversight.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial control, reporting and governance activities.

2. Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

3. Monitor P&L, margins and cost structures.

4. Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.

5. Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies.

6. Review investment proposals and financial viability.

7. Deliver assigned initiatives and projects.

8. Perform other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master's preferred) in Finance, Accounting or related fields.

Experience

• 8–10 years in finance control, FP&A, audit or related functions.

• Consumer finance, banking or insurance experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong financial acumen.

• Ability to influence business decisions.

• Project management capability.

• Cross-functional collaboration.

Other Requirements

• ACCA, CPA or CFA (mandatory).

• Strong IFRS and VAS knowledge.

• Big4 or multinational experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fluent English and Vietnamese.

• PMP certification is a plus.
