Senior Accountant Leader

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. The role also partners with internal stakeholders to provide timely financial information and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review daily accounting transactions and general ledger entries.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, AP/AR and intercompany balances.
• Monitor fixed assets, prepaid expenses and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate tax declarations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities and external stakeholders during audits and inspections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis activities.
• Review accounting procedures and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• BA/College degree in related field
• Good knowledge of Accounting, Financial and Tax law, rules and regulations
• Be familiar to financial statements: balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements
• Adequate communication both oral and written in English
• At least 2 years of experience in with the same position
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
