Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily HR & Administration operations
• Act as HR business partner for departments across the organization
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor HR reports, employee records, contracts, and related documentation
• Support company culture building and internal communication activities

• Solid experience in HR Operations & Administration
• Strong understanding of business operations and cross-functional coordination
• HRBP exposure or business partnering experience is highly preferred
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
